Welcome to Rosewood cabin in the Peaceful Side of the Smokies
Play games in the cozy living room, take a long soak in the large jetted spa tub, sit in a rocking chair outside on the deck and enjoy nature, or grill up your favorite meal.
Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace (Oct-April).
Take some time to get away from the demands of life and reset.
Indoor Space:
Enter into the living room where you will find a comfy futon, a gas fireplace (useable Oct-April), and a 55″ smart television. Play games or snuggle up and enjoy each other’s company. Our place is cozy but we feel love grows best in smaller spaces! New flooring installed in 2023.
The dining table is an antique and has a vintage sewing machine base. Seating for three provided.
Head over to the kitchen where you have everything you need to make a meal and save some money instead of eating out. We have a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, and kettle along with all the dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans.
The bathroom is on the main level and has a standalone shower and a spa tub big enough for two. Enjoy a long soak after a fun day in town exploring.
A beautiful loft area is where you will find the best place to rest your head. The queen bed is just right for a good night’s sleep and has a handcrafted headboard from a local artist. New Lucid mattress as of November 2022.
Outdoor Space:
On the deck you will find a porch swing, two rocking chairs, and a dining table.
Have meals outside and take advantage of the beautiful weather or take a seat in the rockers and wind down with a glass of wine.

ACCESS:
- Automated keyless entry.
- Outdoor security cameras for safety.
For your security and ours we have a Nest camera on the front of the cabin that will record video and sound with any motion in the driveway/entry area.
GUEST ACCESS:
No steep mountain roads to get to the cabin! Dedicated free parking spot.
PET POLICY:
We are a pet friendly property. We allow 2 dogs that are over 1 year old for a $50 pet fee.

There is room for one vehicles at the cabin on a shared drive – and parking is free.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
This cabin is not completely secluded as there are two other cabins on the property but there is space between them and we have been intentional about privacy.
