We allow dogs at all of our properties! They must be at least one year old and potty trained. The pet fee is $50-$100 per stay for up to two dogs depending on the cabin. No breed or size restrictions.
The lead guest must be 25+ to book without a security deposit. We do allow guests 21-24 to book on a case by case basis and they should reach out to us to confirm.
We typically can’t guarantee an early check-in or late check-out during our busy season (March-August & October-December) but you can certainly inquire and we will do our best to accommodate if the cleaning schedule allows.
Big Bear, Little Bear, and Bear Cub have frequent bear sightings, including cubs in the spring and summer, but we have not had any issues with the bears. Wildlife can not be controlled and there is never a guarantee.
Big Bear, Little Bear, and Bear Cub do have 1-2 miles of a climb before reaching the cabins. 4 wheel drive is not necessary unless there is a major snowstorm. Our Townsend properties are not located on mountain roads.
