In Pigeon Forge you can’t go 20 feet without running into a restaurant but not all restaurants are equal. As a foodie, I would argue its not a good vacation without good food. If you’re wondering where you should eat, look no further because I have your back. These are the best restaurants in Pigeon Forge.
The Old Mill Restaurant
This restaurant is a classic in Pigeon Forge and is known for its homestyle southern cooking. They serve classic Southern comfort dishes like fried chicken, country ham, chicken, and mashed potatoes in such abundance I wouldn’t be surprised if you had enough left over for at least a full lunch the next day.
The Local Goat
This restaurant is fairly new to Pigeon Forge, but it has quickly become a local favorite. They serve pub style food and have a large tap beer selection. This is about as local as you can eat since all their ingredients are from local farms and you really can taste the difference.
The Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant
This restaurant is located on a functional farm and again serves Southern comfort food. They are well known for their apple treats such as apple fritters and apple butter.
Bullfish Grill
This restaurant is a seafood steakhouse with a modern spin. They have a variable selection of fresh seafood and perfectly cooked steaks.
Mama’s Farmhouse
Mama’s Farmhouse serves even more Southern comfort food (what can I say, it’s Tennessee and this is how we do it) in a home-style setting. They offer fantastic entrees with all you can eat sides. You really can’t go wrong.
Curry N More
If you like Indian food you have to try Curry N More. I’ve had a million curries and theirs is my favorite hands down. They also offer Naan which is almost as addicting as the curry so get at least one order for the table.
Blue Moose
If you like burgers or wings this is the place for you. I personally am obsessed with burgers and they have so many that are absolutely delicious. However, I eventually had a friend pull me away from their burger menu into some of their wings and they are incredible too. If you need some good wings while you catch a game or just hang out, make sure to stop in here.
These are just a few of the many restaurants in Pigeon Forge. No matter what you’re craving, you’re sure to find it in Pigeon Forge.
